KesarHarvesters was born from a simple mission: to share the authentic taste and quality of Pampore saffron with the world, while supporting the local farming communities who have nurtured this tradition for generations.
We work directly with farming families in Pampore, ensuring every thread of saffron is hand-harvested at dawn when the flowers are at their freshest, preserving the intense aroma, rich color, and powerful flavor that Kashmiri saffron is famous for.
