Saffron is a premium organic food ingredient. Under Indian food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or physical exchanges once the tamper-evident packaging seal of a saffron jar has been broken or altered by the customer.
If your packaging is damaged in transit, or if you perform a cold water purity test and are not completely satisfied with the coloring and aroma, you are covered by our 7-Day Purity Guarantee. Approved refunds are processed immediately and returned to your original source account via UPI or bank transfer within 24 to 48 hours.
