Shipping: A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies per order across India. Whether you order 1 gram or up to 1 kg in a single parcel, the shipping charge remains ₹99. There are no additional shipping charges up to 1 kg parcel weight. Enjoy free shipping automatically on all orders of ₹2,000 or more!

2. Dispatch & Origin Location

Every parcel is packed and dispatched directly from our sourcing estate in Namblabal, Pampore, Jammu & Kashmir (Pincode: 192121). Orders are processed and handed over to logistics networks within 24 to 48 hours of UPI payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Carriers & Timelines

We ship via premium express air corridors to ensure freshness and safety:

• Major Metropolitan Areas: 4 to 7 business days.
• Regional & Tier-2/3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days.
• Tracking: Tracking references are sent directly via WhatsApp and Email as soon as the carrier registers the package.
